I cannot find the Bowen Collins rate study. The bond fee change link on this page indicates the study can be found at:

    timberwaterssd.com

which does not appear to even be your website. You should proofread your posting to ensure it references your website correctly. But I still cannot find the rate study at your correct website:

Can you reply back with a copy of the rate study that includes funding needs through 2033.

I spoke at the January board meeting asking for more transparency, specifically making your website easier to navigate. Information for tonight’s public hearing should have been posted on your landing page, along with the rate study referenced. I expect a better experience and professionalism when using your website, including ensuring the correct website is listed on all communication.

I did get a physical copy mailed to my primary residence but was disappointed to find the website listed was incorrect. I misplaced the letter and am now trying to find information on your website. You must know how frustrating this experience has been for me. Sadly, I may be the only rate payer to care enough to reach out for information. Otherwise, you might have been able to correct the website listed and also posted the rate study in a prominent place.
